Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die informations- und datenbasierte Steuerung zentraler Wertschöpfungsbereiche entlang Beschaffungsmarkt, Prozessen und Absatzmarkt. Dabei bereitest du relevante Daten, Analysen und Modelle so auf, dass Handlungsschwerpunkte sichtbar werden und fundierte Entscheidungen unterstützt werden können.
  • Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen, Reports und KPI-Dashboards und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter, um Transparenz über Absatz, Warenfluss, Promotionen, Beschaffung, Prozesse und Performance zu schaffen.
  • Du analysierst und validierst Daten, erkennst Muster, Abweichungen und Optimierungspotenziale und übersetzt diese in verständliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Fachbereiche und Führung.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Priorisierung und Steuerung von Massnahmen, indem du daten- und modellbasiert aufzeigst, wo Handlungsbedarf besteht und welche Wirkung mögliche Massnahmen entfalten können.
  • Du arbeitest interdisziplinär in Projekten, klärst Anforderungen mit den Fachbereichen, koordinierst analytische Aufgabenstellungen und präsentierst Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht und handlungsorientiert.

Anforderungen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in Data Science, Statistik, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL/VWL oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen mit und hast Freude daran, wirtschaftliche Fragestellungen datenbasiert zu strukturieren, zu analysieren und verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Du verfügst über gute Grundlagen in Datenanalyse, Datenvalidierung und quantitativen Methoden. Erste Erfahrung mit Python, SQL, BI-Tools oder vergleichbaren analytischen Anwendungen ist von Vorteil.
  • Du interessierst dich für Geschäftsprozesse, Beschaffungs- und Absatzmärkte sowie dafür, wie daten- und modellbasierte Erkenntnisse zu besseren Entscheidungen beitragen können.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, setzt Prioritäten und bewegst dich sicher zwischen Tagesgeschäft, Ad-hoc-Anfragen und Projektaufgaben.
  • Du bist teamorientiert, kommunikationsstark und kannst analytische Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht, verständlich und handlungsorientiert darstellen.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit. Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
