The posting

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), with a growing need for nursing visits in Chickasha and the surrounding Grady County area. We hire nurses from all over the OKC metro and aim to schedule visits close to wherever you call home.

This home health RN role is for a nurse who likes knowing patients by name, values independence, and still wants a team to call. You’ll work with LPNs, aides and therapists, and our office handles scheduling and support so you can focus on care.

What You’ll Earn

  • Full-time: $40 per visit | Part-time: $35 per visit
  • Start of Care (SOC): $100 | Resumption of Care (ROC): $75 | Recertification: $60
  • Salaried pay available on request
  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile, or a company car for full-time
  • Weekly pay every Friday

Schedule

  • Full-time: weekdays plus two weekends a month, with a weekday off after each working weekend
  • Part-time: weekday visits on your terms plus one weekend a month
  • Daytime home visits, no 12-hour shifts

What a Home Health RN Does

  • Provide in-home skilled nursing such as assessments, wound care, medication management and chronic condition care
  • Perform admissions and OASIS assessments and help set the plan of care
  • Work alongside LPNs, aides and therapists on shared patients
  • Coach patients and families on medications, diagnoses and home safety
  • Update physicians and document visits in our EMR

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact license
  • Home health experience preferred; experienced RNs from hospital, clinic or LTC welcome
  • OASIS familiarity a plus
  • CPR, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • Independent, organized and dependable

Where You’ll Work We serve patients throughout the Oklahoma City metro, with a current need in Chickasha and nearby Grady County communities. Nurses from anywhere in the metro are welcome. Our goal is to keep your visits near home, though staffing and patient needs may occasionally require visits in other parts of the metro.
