What You'll Do:

  • Provide nursing supervision and oversight of IHSS clients and personal care attendants.
  • Conduct supervisory visits and review individualized care plans.
  • Assess and validate caregiver skills and competencies.
  • Educate and support attendants regarding client care and safety.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers.
  • Monitor compliance with care plans and IHSS program requirements.
  • Investigate and document complaints or critical incidents.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Provide occasional coverage in Pueblo as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 1,200 hours of RN experience
  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Colorado Springs and Pueblo as needed

Preferred Experience:

  • In-Home Support Services (IHSS)
  • Case management involving adults and seniors
  • Home health, home care, or community-based nursing
  • Supervising caregivers or personal care attendants
