What You’ll Be Doing

As an overnight LPN, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our patients safe and comfortable in their homes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring patients through the night and responding to any changes.
  • Administering medications and performing basic assessments.
  • Documenting care and collaborating with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Providing peace of mind to patients and their families, knowing you’re there to care for them.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed LPN: Active Tennessee nursing license and a graduate of an accredited program.
  • Reliable and Caring: A passion for helping others and attention to detail are key.
  • CPR Certified: Must hold current certification.
  • Home Health Experience (Optional): Preferred, but not required. We welcome new grads eager to learn.
