Clinical Supervisor (RN)

If you are a Registered Nurse - RN with a desire to move into a nursing supervisor role we invite you to join our team.

As a Clinical Supervisor, your expertise will be utilized in many ways, such as:

  • Clinical oversight from admissions through discharge of homecare clients and patients
  • Supervision of care management
  • Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers
  • Assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers
  • Caregiver development through education and training

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required
  • Minimum experience requirement Three (3) years nursing experience as RN One-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience At least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory
  • Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills preferred
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System, including Medicaid waiver programs
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
  • Proficiency in the English language is required

Position Requirements:

  • Rotating On-Call required
  • Regular full-time weekly schedule
  • Ability to perform patient visits as scheduled or assigned required
  • Training/ education of field staff required
  • Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on development of QIs / SOPs, etc
  • Partner with Recruiter(s) collaborating on patient service delivery
  • Assess, evaluate, and develop patient plans of care
  • Coordinate with community partners
