Receiving/Inventory Clerk- $30- $32/ hour

Interim Healthcare Staffing has an immediate need for a Hospital Warehouse/ Inventory Clerk to join our team! The warehouse clerk plays a vital role in managing medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that healthcare facilities operate smoothly.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p

Location: St. Louis Park

Job Duties:

  • Manage inventory, maintain PAR levels, and ensure adequate supply availability across hospital and clinic departments.
  • Order, receive, deliver, and stock medical supplies, including stock and non-stock items.
  • Conduct physical inventories, organize storage areas, and identify obsolete supplies.
  • Maintain inventory systems, including Lawson barcodes, Kanban cards, and supply labels.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve supply shortages, backorders, and product substitutions.
  • Support new product implementation, inventory optimization, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory records, monitor supply usage, and prepare cost-savings reports.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge or RF scanner for entering and tracking of supplies.
