  • Unterstützung der Berater und Projektleiter bei der Mandatsabwicklung / Abwicklung von Teilprojekten
  • Erstellen von projektbezogenen Dokumenten und Präsentationen
  • Eigenständiges Erstellen von Auswertungen, Angebots- und Investitionsübersichten
  • Vorbereitung und aktive Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops
  • Projektspezifische Kommunikation und Dokumentation, Projektadministration, Terminkontrolle

IHRE STÄRKEN UND QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich der Logistik / BWL
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Projektabwicklung und operativen Logistik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen Word, Excel, Power Point, MS-Project und Visio
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Eigenverantwortung und Flexibilität
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft
