WAS DU MACHST

  • Du entwickelst und animierst Video-Ads und Social-Formate in After Effects — von der Typo-Animation bis zur komplexen, mehrschichtigen Szene — und bringst sie in Premiere Pro in einen Schnitt, der werblich funktioniert.
  • Du kombinierst gefilmtes Material mit generierten Elementen: Freistellen, Rotoskopieren, Tracken, Keyen, bis der Übergang unsichtbar ist.
  • Du setzt generative Tools dort ein, wo sie das Ergebnis besser oder schneller machen, und weißt, wo ihre Grenzen liegen: Konsistenz über Sequenzen, Typografie, Markendarstellung. Die Workflows dafür baust du selbst.
  • Du gibst Impulse ins Team — neue Techniken, Tools, Workflows — und zeigst Kolleg:innen, wie sie funktionieren.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Performance, Kreation und Produktion zusammen und sagst früh, wenn ein Briefing so nicht umsetzbar ist oder anders besser wird.

WAS DU BRAUCHST

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Motion Designer:in auf Senior-Level. After Effects beherrschst du bis in komplexe Animationen: Keyframing, Expressions, Typo-Animation gehören zu deinem Alltag.
  • Compositing ist für dich Handwerk, nicht Ausnahme: Rotoskopie, Tracking, Keying und die saubere Integration generierter oder gefilmter Elemente in Footage.
  • Sicherer Schnitt in Premiere Pro mit Gespür für Timing und Dramaturgie werblicher Formate.
  • Ein bis drei reale Projekte, in denen du generative Video- oder Bildtools oder AI-Compositing-Workflows eingesetzt hast. Wir fragen danach im Gespräch und wollen die Arbeit sehen.
  • Du bringst dich von selbst ein, teilst Wissen und wartest nicht auf Aufträge, um Dinge zu verbessern.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch.

Ein Plus, kein Muss 3D in Blender oder Cinema 4D · Colorgrading in DaVinci oder Lumetri · Grundlagen im Sound Design
