Καθήκοντα / Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επιλογή και προετοιμασία παραγγελιών φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων με ακρίβεια για αποστολή.
  • Παράλαβες προϊόντων
  • Διασφάλιση ότι τα προϊόντα επιλέγονται σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και ασφάλειας.
  • Διατήρηση ενός οργανωμένου και καθαρού χώρου εργασίας.
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τα μέλη της ομάδας για τη βελτιστοποίηση της αποδοτικότητας και της ροής εργασιών στο picking/παραλαβές.
  • Άμεση αναφορά οποιασδήποτε απόκλισης ή προβλήματος ποιότητας στον επόπτη.
  • Υποστήριξη της διαχείρισης αποθέματος μέσω συμμετοχής σε τακτικές απογραφές και ενημερώσεις.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα / Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή ισοδύναμο∙ επιθυμητή προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αποθήκη ή φαρμακευτικό περιβάλλον.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ακρίβεια κατά τις διαδικασίες picking και συσκευασίας.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις χειρισμού υπολογιστή για εισαγωγή δεδομένων και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων.
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας για αποτελεσματική συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας.
  • Η εξοικείωση με τα πρωτόκολλα και τους κανονισμούς ασφαλείας σε αποθήκη ή βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον ιθα αξιολογηθεί ιδιαιτέρως.
