Bij vind! engineering breng je technisch talent en bedrijven samen. Je bouwt aan een sterk netwerk en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.Concreet betekent dat:

  • Contacten leggen: je spreekt dagelijks met potentiële kandidaten, ontdekt hun ambities en overtuigt hen van nieuwe carrièremogelijkheden.
  • Commerciële kansen grijpen: je denkt mee met bedrijven en zoekt actief naar de juiste match tussen hun noden en beschikbaar talent.
  • Relaties uitbouwen: je bouwt een netwerk op van ingenieurs, technische specialisten en bedrijven in de regio.
  • Resultaten boeken: je begeleidt kandidaten doorheen hun sollicitatietraject, van het eerste gesprek tot het getekende contract.
