The posting

En IAC Group buscamos un(a) Auxiliar de Reclutamiento y Selección responsable de apoyar en la cobertura oportuna de la plantilla, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos de atracción, selección y contratación de personal directo e indirecto, contribuyendo a la estabilidad operativa de la planta.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Publicar vacantes en diferentes fuentes de reclutamiento (OCC, LinkedIn, Breezy, entre otras).
  • Ejecutar procesos de reclutamiento y selección para posiciones operativas y administrativas.
  • Elaborar y administrar documentación del proceso (requisiciones, perfiles, movimientos de personal).
  • Recibir y validar documentación de ingreso para contratación.
  • Dar alta de personal en sistemas (SuccessFactors, ADP).
  • Elaborar contratos de trabajo para personal directo e indirecto.
  • Coordinar el proceso de ingreso e inducción de nuevos colaboradores.
  • Gestionar la emisión, reposición y control de credenciales de personal.
  • Apoyar en actividades generales del área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Dar seguimiento a cumplimiento de auditorías y requerimientos legales relacionados al puesto.
  • Administrar programas de becarios y apoyos gubernamentales cuando aplique.
  • Apoyo y soporte en actividades de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura concluida o en curso (Administración, Psicología, RH o afín).
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en reclutamiento (deseable en industria a planta).
  • Conocimiento básico de procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección.
  • Manejo de paquetería Office.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en planta.
