Auxiliar de Relaciones Laborales

Buscamos un(a) Auxiliar de Relaciones Laborales para brindar soporte en la administración de relaciones laborales, atención al personal y cumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas en el Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo y la legislación laboral vigente.

Será responsable de apoyar en la atención de colaboradores, seguimiento de procesos laborales y mantenimiento de un clima laboral positivo, contribuyendo a una comunicación efectiva entre empleados, supervisores y sindicato.

Principales actividades

  • Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo.
  • Apoyar en la atención de servicios al personal relacionados con INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacaciones, seguridad social y otros trámites laborales.
  • Brindar atención y orientación a colaboradores sobre dudas laborales y prestaciones.
  • Apoyar en la prevención y seguimiento de conflictos laborales entre empleados, supervisores y sindicato.
  • Verificar la correcta aplicación del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo (RIT).
  • Participar en la comunicación y capacitación de lineamientos laborales al personal operativo.
  • Dar seguimiento a movimientos de categorías de acuerdo con el Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo.
  • Apoyar en el control de incidencias relacionadas con nómina y seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
  • Participar en encuestas e iniciativas de clima laboral.
  • Mantener una relación de respeto y cooperación entre empleados, líderes y sindicato.
  • Apoyar en la investigación y resolución de situaciones laborales dentro de planta.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normatividad laboral aplicable.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Derecho, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o carrera afín.
  • De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos o áreas afines.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas de manufactura o industria automotriz.
  • Conocimiento básico de:
  • Ley Federal del Trabajo.
  • Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo.
  • Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
  • Atención a personal y seguimiento de conflictos laborales.
  • Disponibilidad para rotar turnos.
