Now Hiring: Automotive Sprinter Service Advisor Assistant

Location: International Mercedes-Benz/Sprinter Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive pay + benefits

International Mercedes-Benz, a premier destination for luxury automotive service, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end service environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Sprinter Service Advisor and or Advisors in daily operations and customer interactions
  • Greet clients, assist with vehicle check-in, and ensure a smooth intake process
  • Communicate service updates to customers via phone, text, and email
  • Coordinate vehicle movement between service lanes, technician bays, and the car wash
  • Prepare repair orders and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area
  • Assist with loaner vehicle coordination and key management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Familiarity with Mercedes vehicles or CDK software system
