Aufgaben

Sie prüfen die Gesuche von ausländischen Landwirtschaftsbetrieben auf Konformität mit den Richtlinien der Bio Suisse anhand von Kontrollberichten und weiteren Dokumenten. Sie arbeiten in engem Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Vertragspartnern im Ausland, führen jährlich Nachkontrollen sowie Schulungen und Befähigungen von ausländischen Kontrollstellen durch.

Unsere Erwartungen:

* Studium im Bereich Agronomie FH, ETH Zürich oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

* Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich biologischen Landbau und/oder Kenntnisse biologischer Richtlinien

* Erfahrung in der Zertifizierungstätigkeit erwünscht

* Erfahrung in Verarbeitung, Lagerung und Handel von Produkten/Lebensmitteln von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch\-, Englisch\- und Spanischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil

* Sicheres Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenzen

* Arbeitserfahrung im Ausland; Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit

* Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Digitalisierung und/oder KI von Vorteil
