Vi søger en person, der trives med at arbejde med små børn, tager initiativ og ansvar og værdsætter teamwork, åben kommunikation og refleksion over egen praksis. Du skal være fleksibel, kunne arbejde selvstændigt og være indstillet på at samarbejde med kolleger og forældre med forskellige kulturelle og sproglige baggrunde.

Erfaring med at arbejde med små børn er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Du kommer til at arbejde på tværs af begge grupper, hvor du deltager i de daglige rutiner, understøtter børnenes leg og udvikling samt hjælper med at planlægge og gennemføre aktiviteter, der er tilpasset børnenes alder og behov

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children, takes initiative and responsibility, and values teamwork, open communication and reflection on their own practice. You should be flexible, able to work independently and willing to collaborate with colleagues and parents from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Experience working with young children is an advantage but is not essential.

You will work across both groups, taking part in daily routines, supporting children's play and development, and assisting with planning and carrying out activities suited to their age and needs.

International Day Nursery - Aarhus er en del af Frederiksbjerg Dagtilbud og samarbejder tæt med den danske vuggestue Marselis 50.

Vi har familier med mange forskellige kulturelle og sproglige baggrunde. Derfor lægger vi særlig vægt på sprogudvikling, kulturel forståelse og samarbejdet med forældrene. Mange familier kender ikke den danske dagtilbudstradition, og vi arbejder på at sikre, at de føler sig velkomne og får en forståelse for vuggestuens praksis og daglige rutiner.

Vi er en del af et større fagligt fællesskab, hvor der er fokus på faglig udvikling, refleksion og feedback mellem kolleger.

Vigtigt: Vuggestuen flytter fra Marselis Boulevard 50 til Højbjerg den 1. april 2027. Du skal derfor være indstillet på at flytte med vuggestuen og fortsætte dit arbejde på den nye adresse.

The International Day Nursery is part of Frederiksbjerg Day Care District and works closely with the Danish nursery next door.

We serve families from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. We place particular emphasis on language development, cultural awareness and communication with parents. Many families are unfamiliar with the Danish day care tradition, and we aim to help them feel welcome and understand the practices and routines of the nursery.

We are part of a wider professional community that prioritises professional development, reflection and feedback between colleagues.

Important: The nursery will relocate from Marselis Boulevard 50 to Højbjerg on 1 April 2027. Applicants must be willing to relocate with the nursery and continue working at the new location.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår:

Ansættelsen er medhjælperstilling med en gennemsnitlig ugentlig arbejdstid på 37 timer. Du skal kunne tiltræde den 15.november. Der afholdes samtaler i uge 45 eller 46.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår vil være i henhold til gældende overenskomst. Endelig lønfastsættelse sker efter forhandling med den forhandlingsberettigede faglige organisation på baggrund af kvalifikationer, medmindre stillingen er omfattet af en forhåndsaftale, som kan danne grundlag for lønfastsættelsen.
