El Centro Internacional de la Papa (CIP) busca un Técnico de Investigación proactivo para integrarse al equipo de gestión de recursos genéticos. Esta posición es esencial para asegurar la conservación, multiplicación y caracterización del germoplasma en condiciones óptimas de almacenamiento y campo. Acerca del puesto: El rol se encarga de Ejecutar las labores de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivos con la finalidad de asegurar el funcionamiento ininterrumpido de las instalaciones, equipos e instrumentos. Funciones: · Ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas de refrigeración y aire acondicionado del CIP, garantizando su confiabilidad y continuidad operativa. Asimismo, contar con experiencia en instalación de equipos HVAC, distribución de aire en sistemas de climatización y conocimientos básicos en automatización y controles HVAC. · Ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento periódico de los equipos de refrigeración y aire acondicionado del CIP. · Verificar permanentemente la operatividad de los equipos y detectar oportunamente posibles fallas. · Supervisar y atender los trabajos ejecutados por proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento técnico y contractual · Realizar diagnósticos técnicos y análisis de causa raíz ante fallas recurrentes en los sistemas HVAC. · Elaborar informes técnicos de las intervenciones realizadas y reportes semanales dirigidos al Coordinador y al Oficial de Mantenimiento. · Registrar sistemáticamente las fallas, tiempos de intervención y repuestos utilizados, para la generación de indicadores (MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidad) y análisis de desempeño. · Brindar soporte en auditorías técnicas internas. · Asegurar el manejo adecuado de refrigerantes y equipos conforme a estándares ambientales y de sostenibilidad institucional. Requirements ¿Qué estamos buscando? · Técnico titulado en Electricidad, Electromecánica, Refrigeración y Aire Acondicionado o carreras afines. · Nivel intermedio de MS Office (mandatorio). · 2 años de experiencia técnica acreditada en mantenimiento de planta (mandatorio). · Procedimientos de mantenimiento seguro. · Conocimientos técnicos en sistemas de cableado eléctrico. · Cursos de electricidad básica (mandatorio) · Conocimientos o cursos en eficiencia energética, manejo de refrigerantes o normativas ambientales (deseable) · Nivel básico de inglés (deseable).
