We are representing a confidential international financial services organisation that is continuing its global expansion and is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join its growing team.

Unlike many business development roles, this opportunity is not centred around relentless cold calling. This enables its Business Development Managers to focus on building meaningful relationships, identifying client needs and creating valuable introductions for the advisory team.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the business by engaging with prospective clients, developing professional relationships and creating opportunities for experienced Financial Advisers.

Working remotely within an international team, you will be supported by an established infrastructure, high-quality marketing activity and an organisation that is genuinely committed to helping its people succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through professional and consultative conversations.
  • Qualify opportunities and arrange appointments for Financial Advisers.
  • Develop trust and credibility while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with advisers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Contribute towards the continued growth and success of the organisation.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are naturally confident communicators and enjoy building long-term professional relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within business development, sales or relationship management.
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management or another consultative sales environment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, self-motivated and resilient approach.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving within a collaborative team.
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career within international financial services.
