Location: North West England (Hybrid)

Our client, a highly respected and independent financial planning and wealth management firm, is looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Planner to join its growing advisory team.

This is a rare opportunity for an adviser who enjoys the front end of financial planning—meeting clients, building trusted relationships, and converting quality opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Unlike many advisory roles centred around servicing an inherited client bank, this position is designed for someone with a proactive, commercial mindset who thrives on developing new business through high-quality introductions while delivering genuinely holistic financial advice.

About You

We're looking for an adviser who is:

  • An experienced Financial Planner or Independent Financial Adviser
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
  • Passionate about delivering holistic financial planning
  • Commercially aware with a proactive business development mindset
  • Confident meeting new clients and converting opportunities into lasting relationships
  • Skilled at generating referrals and developing wider family and professional connections
  • Professional, personable, and relationship driven
  • Focused on providing exceptional client outcomes rather than transactional advice
