Our client, a highly respected boutique multi-family office and wealth advisory firm based in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), is seeking an experienced Private Wealth Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a relationship-led adviser who is passionate about delivering sophisticated, independent wealth advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Our client operates on a highly selective, client-first model, providing holistic wealth advisory services with complete alignment to clients' long-term interests.

The Opportunity

Our client advises a select group of affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and multi-generational families, delivering bespoke wealth strategies across investment management, private banking, succession planning, family governance and broader wealth structuring.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Private Wealth Manager who has built long-standing client relationships and is able to transition a transferable client base. The successful candidate will become part of a boutique advisory business where quality, trust and long-term client relationships take priority over volume.

Working within a collaborative environment, advisers benefit from access to institutional-quality investment solutions, global private banking relationships and a highly experienced leadership team, allowing them to deliver truly bespoke advice to sophisticated clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Transition and service an existing transferable client portfolio.
  • Deliver holistic wealth management and financial planning solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Advise clients on investment strategy, wealth preservation, succession planning and broader financial matters.
  • Work closely with internal specialists and external professional partners to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
  • Generate new business through referrals, professional networks and existing client relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Private Wealth Manager, Wealth Manager or Senior Financial Adviser.
  • A demonstrable transferable client base is essential.
  • Proven track record of advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills.
  • Professional, consultative and client-focused approach.
  • Experience working with sophisticated investment and wealth planning solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Existing experience within the UAE wealth management market is highly desirable.
  • Relevant financial planning or investment qualifications appropriate to the role.
