Our client, an expanding boutique wealth management firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to join its growing advisory team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an adviser who believes in delivering true holistic financial planning, placing clients' long-term goals at the heart of every recommendation. The firm has built its reputation around transparent, client-first advice, operating on a clean annual management charging model with no commission-driven product sales or alternative investments. Its philosophy is centred on comprehensive financial planning for expatriates living and working across the UAE.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced Wealth Manager who shares a genuine passion for holistic financial planning and long-term client relationships.

This is a career opportunity for an adviser who wants to move away from transactional sales and into a planning-led environment, helping expatriate professionals and families build, protect and preserve their wealth through transparent, evidence-based financial advice. The business focuses on comprehensive planning, investment strategy, retirement planning, cash flow forecasting, estate planning and ongoing client partnerships rather than product distribution.

To be considered, applicants must have a demonstrable transferable client base and be capable of developing long-term relationships within a boutique, client-focused business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with expatriate clients across the UAE.
  • Transition and manage an existing transferable client portfolio.
  • Deliver holistic financial planning tailored to each client's objectives and life goals.
  • Provide ongoing wealth management, retirement and investment planning advice.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and implement appropriate long-term planning strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Generate new business through referrals, professional networking and existing client relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Wealth Manager or Financial Planner within the UAE or international wealth management sector.
  • A proven transferable client base is essential.
  • Strong track record of managing high-net-worth expatriate clients.
  • A genuine passion for holistic financial planning and long-term relationship management.
  • Experience operating within a fee-based or annual management charging model is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills.
  • Professional, ethical and client-first approach to financial planning.
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications appropriate to the role.
