Perfil da Função: Assistente de Professor(a) de Educação Infantil (ISP)

Objetivo da Função

O(A) Assistente de Professor(a) de Educação Infantil apoia o(a) professor(a) titular na criação de um ambiente de aprendizagem seguro, acolhedor e estimulante para crianças pequenas. Essa função envolve auxiliar na gestão da sala de aula, preparar materiais pedagógicos, supervisionar as crianças durante as atividades e promover o desenvolvimento social, emocional e cognitivo. O(A) assistente ajuda a garantir que as necessidades de cada criança sejam atendidas de acordo com o currículo e os objetivos educacionais da escola.

Principais Responsabilidades

Apoio às atividades pedagógicas

Auxiliar o(a) professor(a) titular na implementação dos planos de aula diários, atividades de aprendizagem e jogos educativos alinhados ao currículo da Educação Infantil.

Supervisão e interação com as crianças

Acompanhar as crianças durante atividades em sala, refeições, recreação e atividades externas, garantindo sua segurança e incentivando comportamentos positivos.

Apoio à gestão do comportamento

Reforçar as regras da sala de aula e ajudar as crianças a desenvolver habilidades sociais e emocionais adequadas.

Preparação de materiais de aprendizagem

Auxiliar na organização e preparação de materiais, recursos pedagógicos e murais que favoreçam a aprendizagem prática e a criatividade.

Manutenção de um ambiente seguro e organizado

Garantir que os espaços da sala estejam limpos, organizados e livres de riscos. Auxiliar na higienização de brinquedos, superfícies e equipamentos.

Suporte individualizado

Oferecer apoio individual ou em pequenos grupos para crianças que necessitem de ajuda adicional em atividades ou suporte emocional.

Observação e comunicação

Observar o desenvolvimento e o comportamento das crianças, comunicando ao(à) professor(a) titular quaisquer preocupações ou progressos relevantes.

Apoio às rotinas e transições

Auxiliar as crianças nas rotinas diárias, como chegada, saída, higiene, refeições e descanso, promovendo autonomia e consistência.

Incentivo às interações positivas

Servir como modelo de comportamento respeitoso, inclusivo e colaborativo, contribuindo para uma cultura positiva na sala de aula.

Trabalho em equipe

Colaborar com o(a) professor(a) titular e demais profissionais para garantir consistência nas práticas pedagógicas e nos cuidados com as crianças.

  • Excelente comunicação: habilidade para se comunicar com crianças, professores e famílias.
  • Trabalho em equipe: postura colaborativa e disposição para seguir orientações.
  • Capacidade de observação: habilidade para identificar marcos do desenvolvimento e possíveis necessidades de apoio.
  • Criatividade e entusiasmo: engajar as crianças por meio do brincar e da aprendizagem.
  • Organização: administrar materiais, rotinas e tarefas de forma eficiente.
  • Adaptabilidade: flexibilidade para lidar com mudanças de cronograma ou necessidades das crianças.
  • Sensibilidade cultural: respeito e inclusão de pessoas de diferentes origens, culturas e habilidades.

Qualificações

  • Licenciatura em Educação Infantil ou equivalente (obrigatório).
  • Curso de formação TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test).

Experiência

  • Experiência prévia trabalhando com crianças pequenas em ambientes educacionais ou de cuidados infantis (desejável).
