Skolkurator till IES Örebro

Internationella Engelska Skolan i Örebro startade i augusti 2003 och är i dag en grundskola för årskurserna 4–9 med cirka 620 elever. Vi grundar vår verksamhet på en trygg och studiefrämjande skolmiljö, tvåspråkig undervisning samt höga akademiska förväntningar.

Att arbeta hos oss innebär att du blir en del av ett starkt professionellt och kollegialt sammanhang. Vårt elevhälsoteam (EHT) består av biträdande rektor, speciallärare, specialpedagog, skolsköterska, kurator, socialpedagog samt skolpsykolog och skolläkare.

Vi söker nu en engagerad och drivande skolkurator på heltid för årskurserna 4–9. Som skolkurator arbetar du förebyggande och hälsofrämjande på individ-, grupp- och skolnivå för att undanröja hinder för lärande och utveckling. Du gillar att jobba lika mycket i skolans korridorer som på ditt kontor med normbrytande beteende och elever i behov av extra stöd.

Du ingår i skolans Trygghetsteam och i uppdraget ingår även att undervisa i livskunskap.

Kvalifikationer och profil

  • Socionomexamen
  • Dokumenterad kunskap och erfarenhet av psykosocialt och stödjande arbete med barn och ungdomar.
  • Erfarenhet av samverkan med externa aktörer såsom BUP, socialtjänst och andra relevanta instanser.
  • Hög förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta egna initiativ, kombinerat med god samarbetsförmåga.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift.

Om anställningen

Anställningen avser en heltidstjänst (100 %). Tillträde den 7 januari 2027. Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.
