Wir suchen eine lebenserfahrene Person, welche berufliche Erfahrungen aus sozialem Engagement mitbringt und sich bei uns in einem sozialen, multikulturellen Projekt mitwirken möchte.

Alter, ab 38 Jahren, mit Herz für armutsbetroffene und armutsgefährdete Menschen. Das Projekt Internetcafé Planet13 ist ein besonderes Projekt in der gesamten Schweiz, von Armutsbetroffenen/Armutsgefährdeten für andere Menschen in Not gegründet (Form der Selbstverwaltung).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie vertreten das Projekt Internetcafé Planet13 nach innen und aussen, dessen Werte und Anliegen
  • Sie nehmen an sozialen Gremien in Bezug auf Armutsfragen teil
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Organisation des Teams und Ansprechperson für die Gäste des Projektes
  • Sie setzen sich allgemein ein für ein sozial-politisches Verständnis im Bereich der Armutsfragen, Armutsprävention und -bekämpfung
  • Anspruchsvolle Korrespondenzen sowie auch Jahresversände
  • Fundraising, Fördergesuche, Budget, Verdankungen, Erstellen des Jahresberichtes

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung im sozialen Wesen der Schweiz, insbesondere in der Armutsprävention und -bekämpfung, Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fundraising und Fördergesuchen
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Sozialkompetenz, Diskretion
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit unseren Gästen, Vernetzungspartner:innen, Sponsor:innen, Team, Unterstützung einer positiven Teamkultur
  • Interesse und Engagement im Bereich der sozial-politischen Themen und Fragen, vor allem in Armutsfragen und Anliegen der direkt betroffenen Menschen
  • Stilsicheres, sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse des Datenschutzes
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Sozialhilferechts (Kanton BS), für die Rechtsberatung unserer Gäste und Teammitglieder
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative, Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum
