Interpath is an international and fast-growing advisory business with deep expertise across Deals, Advisory, and Restructuring. We support investors, lenders, and management teams in complex situations where critical decisions are required and value creation is central. Join Interpath as an Intern (m/f/d) – Value Creation in our offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Munich and gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact transformation and value creation projects for private equity and corporate clients.

Requirements

You bring strong analytical capabilities, commercial curiosity, and a genuine interest in strategy, M&A, and business transformation.

You should have:

  • Ongoing or recently completed Master's studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transaction services, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges
  • Interest in M&A, strategy execution, operational improvement, and value creation
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
