Tražimo osobu koja zna kako održavanje pretvoriti u pouzdanost, učinkovitost i kontinuitet proizvodnje.

Intersnack Adria je dom najpoznatijih snack brendova u Hrvatskoj i regiji, među kojima su Čipi Čips, Chio, Kroki Kroket, Tip Top i POM‑BÄR. Naš čips nastaje u tvornici u Hercegovcu, od 100% domaćeg krumpira, a iza svakog proizvoda stoji tim stručnjaka koji svakodnevno brine da proizvodni procesi teku sigurno, kvalitetno i bez zastoja.

Kao dio Intersnack grupe, vodećeg europskog proizvođača snack asortimana, kontinuirano ulažemo u razvoj ljudi, procesa i tehnologije. Zato tražimo Voditelja održavanja koji će preuzeti ključnu ulogu u organizaciji i unapređenju aktivnosti održavanja te osiguravanju pouzdanog rada proizvodnih sustava.

Lokacija: Hercegovac

Glavna područja odgovornosti:

  • Planiranje i organizacija preventivnih i korektivnih aktivnosti održavanja
  • Praćenje izvršenja zadataka i osiguravanje njihove pravovremene realizacije
  • Sudjelovanje u nabavi rezervnih dijelova i opreme potrebne za održavanje
  • Praćenje i upravljanje zalihama rezervnih dijelova
  • Suradnja i koordinacija rada s vanjskim izvođačima i servisnim partnerima
  • Vođenje sustava upravljanja energijom prema normi ISO 50001
  • Praćenje potrošnje energije te predlaganje aktivnosti za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti
  • Koordinacija aktivnosti održavanja sa svim zainteresiranim stranama
  • Izrada i unapređenje uputa, procedura i standarda održavanja
  • Uska suradnja s rukovoditeljem proizvodnje i ostalim kolegama uključenima u proces

  • ima završeno više ili visoko obrazovanje tehničkog usmjerenja, poželjno iz područja strojarstva, elektrotehnike ili srodnih područja
  • ima najmanje 3 godine iskustva na poslovima održavanja u proizvodnom okruženju
  • proaktivno pristupa rješavanju problema i unaprjeđenju procesa
  • ima dobre organizacijske i komunikacijske vještine
  • uspješno surađuje s različitim timovima i vanjskim partnerima
  • prepoznaje prilike za optimizaciju troškova i povećanje energetske učinkovitosti
  • odgovorno pristupa sigurnosti, kvaliteti i poštivanju standarda
