Wir sind stolz darauf, einer der führenden Hersteller im Bereich salziger Snacks in Deutschland zu sein und als Teil der Intersnack-Group europaweit zu den Marktführern zu gehören. Mit unseren fünf deutschen Produktionsstandorten und unserer Zentrale in Köln vertreiben wir bekannte Marken wie funny-frisch, ültje, Chio, POM-BÄR, Tyrrells und Whole Earth.

Wir beschäftigen ca. 1.800 Mitarbeiter*innen und suchen für den Bereich Produktion am Werk Alsbach ab sofort einen Abteilungsleiter / Line Lead (m/w/d).

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche sowie die disziplinarische Führung von einem Team, bestehend aus bis zu 40 Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Zusammen mit dem Leitungsteam bestehend aus einer prozessverantwortlichen Leitung und einer maschinenverantwortlichen Leitung erarbeitest du die bereichsspezifischen Ziele
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der operativen Ziele sowie der strategischen Entwicklung des Produktionsumfeldes
  • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Arbeitssicherheit und Hygiene auf den vorgegebenen Standards zu halten zu entwickeln
  • Für die täglichen Abstimmungsmeetings wirst du und dein Team die Vorbereitung und Leitung, sowie die dazugehörige Dokumentation übernehmen
  • Du wirst die Reduzierung von Abfällen bzw. Verlusten durch die Entwicklung, Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Standards vorantreiben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams

Du liebst salzige Snacks? Perfekt! Damit erfüllst du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Meisterqualifikation oder ein Ingenieurstudium
  • Fundierte, relevante Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Produktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in SAP R3 und InforMES
  • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, dein Team durch deine überzeugende Kommunikation zu motivieren
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
