Wir sind stolz darauf, einer der führenden Hersteller im Bereich salziger Snacks in Deutschland zu sein und als Teil der Intersnack-Group europaweit zu den Marktführern zu gehören. Mit unseren fünf deutschen Produktionsstandorten und unserer Zentrale in Köln vertreiben wir bekannte Marken wie funny-frisch, ültje, Chio, POM-BÄR, Tyrrells und Whole Earth.

Wir beschäftigen ca. 1.800 Mitarbeiter*innen und suchen ab sofort für das Vertriebsgebiet München einen Bezirksverkaufsleiter (m/w/d).

Unser Außendienst-Team sorgt deutschlandweit genau dafür. Als Bezirksverkaufsleiter (m/w/d) im LEH bist du verantwortlich für alle Verkaufsaktivitäten und die Präsentation unserer Marken. Du arbeitest eng mit den Entscheidern des Handels vor Ort zusammen, um unsere Vision am Point of Sale umzusetzen.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

  • Zuverlässige und eigenständige Betreuung des Verkaufsgebiets, inkl. der Identifikation von Wachstumschancen und Maximierung des Umsatzpotenzials in den Märkten
  • Distribution der gelisteten Artikel, sowie die Durchsetzung der vereinbarten Aktionen und Zweitplatzierungen
  • Anwendung von allen relevanten Instrumenten des Category Management
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Coachings sowie die jährliche Erstellung und Präsentation einer individuellen Wachstumsstrategie für ausgewählte Märkte
  • Effiziente Planung von Kundenbesuchen und Dokumentation der Aktivitäten und Ergebnisse im CRM-System
  • Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie die Teilnahme an Messen und Börsen

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im LEH und Außendiensterfahrung im FMCG-Bereich.
  • Dein strategisches Denken, deine Kreativität und Kommunikationsstärke sind entscheidend, um unsere Position in der Kategorie der salzigen Snacks weiter zu stärken.
  • Ein sicheres, freundliches und gewinnendes Auftreten zeichnet dich aus.
  • Du hast bereits gute Kontakt zu den Entscheidern des Handels, und wohnst in deinem künftigen Einsatzgebiet, anderenfalls erwarten wir Umzugsbereitschaft.
