Wir sind stolz darauf, einer der führenden Hersteller im Bereich salziger Snacks in Deutschland zu sein und als Teil der Intersnack-Group europaweit zu den Marktführern zu gehören. Mit unseren fünf deutschen Produktionsstandorten und unserer Zentrale in Köln vertreiben wir bekannte Marken wie funny-frisch, ültje, Chio, POM-BÄR, Tyrrells und Whole Earth.

Wir beschäftigen ca. 1.800 Mitarbeiter*innen und suchen ab sofort, befristet auf 2 Jahre, für den Bereich Central Engineering einen (Junior) Packaging Specialist (m/w/d).

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

  • Unterstützung bei der Harmonisierung und Standardisierung der Packaging Prozesse
  • Übernahme eigener Projekte zur Optimierung von bestehenden Verpackungslösungen unter Berücksichtigung der nationalen und internationalen Standards sowie Kunden- und Gesetzesanforderungen
  • Bildung einer Schnittstelle zwischen den internen Fachabteilungen, Lieferanten, Verpackungsherstellern und weiteren Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Auswertung verschiedener Verpackungsdaten
  • Überprüfung der technischen Machbarkeit neuer Konzepte hinsichtlich der primären und sekundären Verpackungsmaterialien (Materialkreisläufe)
  • Marktrecherchen hinsichtlich richtungsweisender Trends und Veränderungen sowie Ableiten von möglichen Handlungsbedarfen
  • Erstellen und bereitstellen von Systemdaten wie Packschemata, Kundenfragebögen, Verpackungsdaten (Maße und Gewichte)

Du liebst salzige Snacks?

Perfekt! Damit erfüllst du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest du mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Packaging oder vergleichbares
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der FMCG Branche oder bei einem Verpackungshersteller für Lebensmittel
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Serviceorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent sowie Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Souveränes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen in der internen und externen Kommunikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-/Materialwirtschaftssystemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
