Mit unseren fünf deutschen Produktionsstandorten und unserer Zentrale in Köln vertreiben wir bekannte Marken wie funny-frisch, ültje, Chio, POM-BÄR, Tyrrells und Whole Earth.

Wir beschäftigen ca. 1.800 Mitarbeiter*innen und suchen ab sofort unbefristet einen Operational Excellence Manager / Lean Coach / IWS Manager (m/w/d).

Wir produzieren Snacks in einem Takt, bei dem bloße Theorie und gute Vorsätze nicht reichen. Hier zählt, was im Alltag wirklich funktioniert. Bei uns ist 'Operational Excellence' keine Abteilung, sondern gelebte Kultur und genau die gestaltest du aktiv mit.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

  • Gemeinsam mit Führungskräften und Pillar-Verantwortlichen entwickelst du unser IWS weiter: von der Kennzahlenanalyse bis zur Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Diese Maßnahmen zielen darauf ab, nachhaltig Ziele zu erreichen und Verluste zu reduzieren
  • Durch Coaching und Training auf dem Shopfloor sorgst du dafür, dass IWS- und Lean-Tools im Tagesgeschäft gelebt werden statt nur auf dem Papier zu stehen
  • Das gilt genauso für Führungskräfte aller Ebenen, die du dabei eng begleitest
  • Teams befähigst du zur eigenständigen Problemlösung und verankerst Verbesserungen nachhaltig im Arbeitsalltag
  • Als Coach, Sparringspartner und Impulsgeber arbeitest du eng mit Werksleitung, Fachbereichen und zentralen Funktionen zusammen und stärkst Führung, Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation über alle Schnittstellen hinweg
  • Für Wissenstransfer über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg sorgst du und verankerst so Standards im gesamten Unternehmen
  • Kommende Themen und Herausforderungen erkennst du frühzeitig, bevor sie zum Problem werden

Du liebst salzige Snacks? Perfekt! Damit erfüllst du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest du mitbringen:

  • Technisches oder lebensmittelnahes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, TPM, KVP oder Six Sigma: Gelebte Praxis zählt mehr als Zertifikate
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Verbesserungsinitiativen im Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Fähigkeit, Menschen für Veränderung zu begeistern und komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Strategisches, pragmatisches Denken und Handeln – auch in turbulenten Zeiten
  • Routinierter Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
