Wir sind stolz darauf, einer der führenden Hersteller im Bereich salziger Snacks in Deutschland zu sein und als Teil der Intersnack-Group europaweit zu den Marktführern zu gehören. Mit unseren fünf deutschen Produktionsstandorten und unserer Zentrale in Köln vertreiben wir bekannte Marken wie funny-frisch, ültje, Chio, POM-BÄR, Tyrrells und Whole Earth.

Wir beschäftigen ca. 1.800 Mitarbeiter*innen und suchen für unser Werk in Grevenbroich für den Bereich Technik ab sofort unbefristet einen Technischen Leiter (m/w/d).

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

  • Du bist nah an der Produktion und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für eine hohe Verfügbarkeit unserer Produktionsanlagen sowie der technischen Infrastruktur.
  • Du führst die Teams im technischen Bereich, entwickelst Mitarbeiter weiter und förderst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsbereichen.
  • Du verantwortest die vorbeugende Instandhaltung, koordinierst technische Maßnahmen und stellst eine schnelle und nachhaltige Störungsbeseitigung sicher.
  • Du erkennst Optimierungs- und Einsparpotenziale im laufenden Betrieb, entwickelst passende Lösungen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit deinem Team um.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Intersnack Work Systems (IWS), leitest den PM-Pillar und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran.
  • Du sorgst für ein effizientes und bedarfsgerechtes Ersatzteilmanagement.
  • Du planst und steuerst die Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsbudgets in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion und Werksleitung.
  • Du leitest Automatisierungs-, Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung im Betrieb.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Hygiene- und HSE-Standards in deinem Verantwortungsbereich sicher.
  • Du arbeitest standortübergreifend mit den technischen Teams der Intersnack Gruppe zusammen und treibst gemeinsame Standards und Best Practices voran.

Du liebst salzige Snacks? Perfekt! Damit erfüllst du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du bist eine erfahrene technische Führungskraft mit Herz für Produktion und Instandhaltung.
  • Du bist gerne nah am Geschehen, suchst den Austausch mit den Teams und verstehst die Herausforderungen eines produzierenden Betriebs aus eigener Erfahrung.
  • Du bringst eine technische Ausbildung mit Meister-/Technikerabschluss oder ein technisches Studium mit.
  • Du hast bereits Verantwortung für Teams, Anlagen und Budgets übernommen und weißt, wie man Menschen entwickelt und Ergebnisse erzielt.
  • Du kombinierst strategisches Denken mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Lean-, TPM- oder IWS-Methoden sowie moderne Instandhaltungsansätze sind für dich gelebte Praxis.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, entscheidungsfreudig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch.
