As part of the Group Treasury, Insurance & Holding Accounting team within the Intersnack Group, you will support the accounting activities of a holding company.
You will contribute your expertise to daily operations with a focus on IT accounting, invoice management, purchase requisition reviews, and the validation of IT-related supplier invoices. In addition, you will support the calculation and allocation of IT costs across group companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and process IT-related supplier invoices, including matching invoices with purchase requisitions, obtaining approvals, ensuring accurate account coding, and securing timely payment
- Prepare the monthly IT accrual schedule and manage accruals for outstanding purchase orders and unbilled services
- Support IT Controlling in preparing IT cross-charge invoices and allocating IT costs to group entities
- Prepare data and supporting documentation for outgoing invoices
- Support accounting activities related to IT-specific incoming and outgoing invoices
- Act as a contact person for IT budget owners regarding accounting entries and invoices
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Serve as a key interface between IT, Procurement, and Accounting to drive efficient cross-functional collaboration
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with additional qualification as an accountant, certified accountant, tax specialist, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and financial accounting
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software
- Experience in IT Accounting, IT Finance, or IT cost management
- Experience with invoice management or invoice verification tools is advantageous
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Willing to work 2-3 times per week in the office in Düsseldorf
