Sobre a vaga

O Assistente Comercial Pleno será responsável por apresentar resultados e entregas relacionadas à manutenção da carteira de clientes, identificação de oportunidades de negócios, gestão de negócios, aperfeiçoamento de processos organizacionais e capacitação contínua.

Atividades:

  • Atendimento comercial da carteira de clientes;
  • Prospecção de novas empresas e oportunidades de negócios;
  • Reativação e manutenção de clientes da base;
  • Identificação das necessidades e qualificação de clientes;
  • Agendamento e condução de reuniões e/ou visita a clientes;
  • Demonstração das funcionalidades e benefícios do sistema;
  • Elaboração, envio e acompanhamento de propostas comerciais;
  • Condução de negociações e fechamento de contratos;
  • Atualização de dados e informações no CRM;
  • Realização de pós-venda;
  • Participação em feiras e eventos;
  • Apoio no cumprimento dos processos e metas da área comercial;
  • Elaboração de relatórios e interatividade com áreas técnicas da empresa.

Competências:

  • Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Química, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento de CRM;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação;
  • Facilidade para aprender sistemas e conceitos técnicos;
  • Experiência com vendas de software ou vendas de serviços técnicos;
  • Perfil técnico será um diferencial.
