En tant qu’Ingénieur Systèmes & Réseaux, vous rejoignez une équipe d’experts et jouez un rôle clé dans la conception, l’évolution et la sécurisation de nos infrastructures IT. Vous participez activement à plusieurs projets structurants, notamment la modernisation de notre architecture d’identité Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, le déploiement de Microsoft Intune pour la gestion de nos équipements Windows, macOS et iOS, ainsi que la migration de VMware vers Proxmox. Vous contribuez également à l’évolution de nos infrastructures réseau et cloud, en veillant à garantir la performance, la disponibilité et la sécurité de nos environnements techniques.

Dans le cadre de notre mission, nous recherchons une personne capable de nous venir en renfort sur les 6 prochains mois, avec pour objectif de réaliser les missions suivantes (liste non exhaustive) :

  • Administrer, maintenir et faire évoluer les infrastructures systèmes et réseaux du groupe.
  • Participer à la modernisation de notre architecture d'identité Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, notamment la synchronisation des identités et la mise en place des configurations hybrides.
  • Déployer et administrer Microsoft Intune pour l'enrôlement et la gestion des équipements Windows, macOS et iOS (iPhone).
  • Mettre en place et maintenir les profils de configuration, les stratégies de sécurité et de conformité des équipements, ainsi que les déploiements applicatifs.
  • Concevoir, administrer et maintenir les infrastructures de virtualisation Proxmox VE.
  • Participer activement à la migration de VMware vers Proxmox, en collaboration avec nos partenaires technologiques.
  • Administrer les environnements Linux et Windows Server et assurer leur maintien en condition opérationnelle.
  • Administrer et faire évoluer les infrastructures réseau : VLAN, switching, routage, segmentation et interconnexions entre sites.
  • Administrer les pare-feu Fortinet, les VPN inter-sites et les règles de sécurité réseau.
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les solutions de sauvegarde, de restauration et de continuité de service.
  • Participer à l'administration et au maintien en condition opérationnelle des ressources AWS, ainsi qu'à leur intégration dans l'infrastructure existante.
  • Assurer la supervision des infrastructures, analyser les incidents et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Contribuer à la sécurisation des systèmes et des réseaux, à l'amélioration continue et à la documentation technique.

La rémunération fixe sur ce poste est de 48K€ annuelle.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Nous recherchons un profil avec minimum 5 années d’expérience, mais aussi :

  • Expérience confirmée en administration systèmes et réseaux en environnement de production.
  • Expérience sur Microsoft Entra ID, la synchronisation Active Directory / Entra, les environnements hybrides et Microsoft Intune (Windows, macOS et iOS).
  • Expérience en virtualisation Proxmox VE et participation à des projets de migration depuis VMware.
  • Maîtrise de l'administration réseau et des pare-feu Fortinet.
  • Expérience en administration Windows Server et Linux, gestion des sauvegardes et supervision des infrastructures.
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion de parc informatique et de ticketing, notamment GLPI.
  • Pratique régulière d'AWS appréciée.
  • Capacité à rédiger et maintenir une documentation technique claire et à jour.
