So sorgst du für Energie:

  • Du hältst gemeinsam mit unserem Service-Team den Energiefluss am Laufen und unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft – damit Kundenanfragen schnell, smart und zuverlässig bearbeitet werden können.
  • Du bringst Struktur in unsere Serviceprozesse und pflegst Serviceverträge in unserem CRM-System Salesforce.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass vertragsrelevante Daten jederzeit aktuell, vollständig und ready-to-use sind.

Das hast du schon auf dem Speicher:

  • Du bist aktuell im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium unterwegs – idealerweise in den Bereichen BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Daten, Systeme und digitale Prozesse begeistern dich – erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Tools wie Salesforce sind dabei ein echtes Plus.
  • Mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen arbeitest du sicher und effizient.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, detailgenau und behältst auch bei vielen Daten und Vertragsdokumenten den Überblick.
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Teamwork ist für dich mehr als nur ein Buzzword: Du kommunizierst offen, zuverlässig und bringst dich aktiv ein.
  • Neue Tools, Prozesse und digitale Workflows? Darin findest du dich schnell zurecht und lernst mit Energie dazu.
