Wir bauen den Raum, in dem Kunst zur Geltung kommt - Vitrinen und Ausstattungen für Häuser wie das Kunsthistorische Museum, das Weltmuseum oder das Humboldt Forum Berlin. Jedes Projekt ist ein Einzelstück. Für die Projektleitung in unserem 20-köpfigen Team in Wien suchen wir Verstärkung.

Projekterfahrung müssen Sie nicht mitbringen. Wichtig sind Ihre technische Ausbildung und wie Sie arbeiten. Die Rolle lernen Sie bei uns, begleitet von erfahrenen Kolleg:innen: Sie starten mit kleineren Projekten und wachsen hinein. 1 Technische:r Projektleiter:in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie führen Projekte von der Übergabe aus der Kalkulation bis zur Abnahme vor Ort.

* Sie sind Ansprechperson für Architektur- und Planungsbüros, Designstudios und Museen.

* Sie stimmen Termine, Material und Fertigung mit Konstruktion, Werkstatt und Einkauf ab.

* Sie koordinieren Lieferanten und Montageteams - in der Halle und auf der Baustelle.

* Sie behalten Kosten, Nachträge und Termine im Blick und dokumentieren den Projektstand.

Das müssen Sie mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Meister oder FH), zum Beispiel Maschinenbau, Metalltechnik, Holztechnik oder Konstruktion.

* Sie lesen technische Zeichnungen und denken räumlich.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.

* Bereitschaft, für Montagen gelegentlich zu reisen - auch nach Deutschland.

* Sie bleiben ruhig, wenn ein Termin wackelt, und denken in Alternativen: Was geht stattdessen, was kostet es, wer muss es wissen?

* Sie spüren, was Sie selbst entscheiden können und wann Rücksprache nötig ist. Am Anfang klären wir das gemeinsam, mit wachsender Erfahrung entscheiden Sie mehr allein.

* Entlohnung: ab € 2.900 brutto/Monat gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Handwerk und Gewerbe (Basis 40 Stunden/Woche), mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
