  Sobre el trabajo   El Asistente de Nómina es parte integral del equipo de nómina de IntouchCX y es responsable de recibir, organizar y auditar toda la información relacionada con la nómina entregada por las operaciones y otras funciones de apoyo, y su labor está orientada a la exactitud y el cumplimiento.     Como Asistente de Nómina, te encargarás de...  

Coordinar con Recursos Humanos y Logística la entrega de reportes relacionados con la liquidación final del contrato de los trabajadores

Revisar la exactitud entre la provisión de liquidación y la liquidación real 

Generar y entregar los reportes contables relacionados con la liquidación final de contratos de trabajo

Documentar las nóminas y cualquier otra documentación importante para ayudar y responder a auditorías externas

Proporcionar una respuesta rápida y asistencia en lo que respecta a las consultas de pago de liquidaciones de los empleados dentro de las 24 horas hábiles

Apoyar la entrega de nóminas y liquidaciones finales de contrato adhiriéndose a las directrices y políticas

Proporcionar a los empleados información y aclarar sus dudas sobre las deducciones gubernamentales (RAP, IHSS, INFOP, ISR, Cesantía)

Proporcionar a los empleados información y aclarar sus dudas sobre las incidencias, vacaciones, licencias médicas y retención de pagos que son incluidos dentro de la liquidación final del contrato

Mantener un alto nivel de confidencialidad con respecto a lo siguiente: nómina, salarios y deducciones

Apoyar con cualquier requerimiento de contabilidad o finanzas

Como Asistente de Nómina, debes tener...  

Título técnico, licenciatura o ser estudiante en Contaduría, Administración, Gestión Humana o campos afines

Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en procesamiento de nóminas

Conocimientos informáticos de nivel intermedio avanzado, con sólidos conocimientos de Microsoft Excel

Actitud centrada en el cliente, con un alto nivel de profesionalidad y discreción

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar eficazmente con diversos grupos de personas, tanto interna como externamente

Atención al detalle y enfoque a la precisión

Capacidad para trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo dentro de un entorno empresarial de ritmo rápido

Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas, planificación y análisis

Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo para completar el trabajo de manera oportuna
