  About the Job   We are changing the way people think about customer service, and we need your help!    Are you someone who likes to make things happen? We are searching for a Facilities Generalist to be the ultimate organizer and manage a wide range of services and processes that support the core business needs of IntouchCX. We’re looking for someone with a multitasking mindset and a passion to meet the needs of both our team members and client-partners.      As Facilities Generalist, You Will…  

Direct, coordinate and plan essential needs such as reception, security, maintenance, mail deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling

Ensure campus meets health & safety requirements and create emergency preparedness plans

Circulate designated floors to ensure overall cleanliness and security standards are met

Respond appropriately to emergencies and/or urgent issues as they arise 

Audit campus branding and work with management to implement appropriate signage

Support renovations of current spaces to be more in line with brand standards 

Assist in creating procurements, designing portions and ordering furniture

Supervise and coordinate contractor work for various projects and follow up on deficiencies

Manage internal ticketing system and flag Campus Directors on items for final spend approvals

Manage internal site visit tool to ensure preparation for all visits (badges, food orders, room booking/preparation, tech requirements, etc.)

Upload contracts and purchase requests for signature approvals

Be responsible for all transportation logistics for both internal and external clients

    As Facilities Generalist, You Have…  

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling (preferred)

The ability to handle a high volume of work

Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills

An eye for design and exceptional attention to detail

Proven leadership qualities such as critical thinking and problem solving skills

Strong communication skills and a love for collaborating with diverse groups of people

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment

The flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays (depending on required project deadlines or emergencies)
