Estamos en busca de un Generalista de Instalaciones que sea el/la organizador por excelencia y que gestione una amplia gama de servicios y procesos que apoyan las necesidades fundamentales del negocio. Buscamos a alguien con una mentalidad multitarea y una pasión por satisfacer las necesidades tanto de nuestros miembros del equipo como de nuestros socios-clientes.   Como Generalista de Instalaciones, te encargarás de…  

Dirigir, coordinar y planificar necesidades esenciales como recepción, seguridad, mantenimiento, entrega de correspondencia, limpieza, catering, gestión de residuos y reciclaje.

Atención a recepción.

Asegurar que el campus cumpla con los requisitos de salud y seguridad, y crear planes de preparación ante emergencias.

Circular por los pisos designados para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares generales de limpieza y seguridad.

Responder de manera adecuada a emergencias y/o situaciones urgentes a medida que surjan.

Auditar la imagen de marca del campus y trabajar con la gerencia para implementar la señalización adecuada.

Apoyar en la renovación de espacios existentes para alinearlos con los estándares de marca.

Asistir en la creación de adquisiciones, diseño de áreas y pedidos de mobiliario.

Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo de contratistas para diversos proyectos, y dar seguimiento a cualquier deficiencia.

Administrar el sistema interno de tickets y alertar a los Directores de Campus sobre elementos que requieren aprobación final de gastos. 

Manejo de Tickets y garantizar el cierre.

Gestionar la herramienta interna de visitas al sitio para asegurar la preparación de todas las visitas (credenciales, pedidos de comida, reserva/preparación de salas, requerimientos técnicos, etc.).

Subir contratos y solicitudes de compra para su firma y aprobación.

Ser responsable de toda la logística de transporte para clientes internos y externos. 

Manejar de solicitudes de parqueo y transporte.

  Como Generalista de Instalaciones, debes tener…  

Diploma de educación secundaria o equivalente (requisito obligatorio).

Estudios postsecundarios cursados o finalizados (deseable).

Capacidad para manejar un alto volumen de trabajo.

Excelente manejo de Excel y Google Docs.

Experiencia con base de datos y gestión de información.

Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo, organización y establecimiento de prioridades.

Buen ojo para el diseño y una atención excepcional al detalle.

Comprobadas cualidades de liderazgo, como pensamiento crítico y habilidades para resolver problemas.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gusto por colaborar con grupos diversos de personas.

Capacidad para desarrollarse en un entorno laboral dinámico y en constante cambio.

Flexibilidad para trabajar en distintos turnos, incluyendo días, noches, fines de semana y feriados (según los plazos del proyecto o emergencias).
