  Acerca del Puesto   Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional calificado como Generalista de Recursos Humanos que trabajará directamente con el equipo de Recursos Humanos para brindar apoyo y dirección en la administración de las políticas de la empresa. El candidato ideal garantizará que se cumplan los entregables de servicios de Recursos Humanos y aportará el máximo valor a la organización.

Como Generalista de Recursos Humanos, te encargarás de…  

Brindar orientación sobre las políticas de Recursos Humanos (RR. HH.).

Llevar a cabo el proceso de incorporación de empleados (Onboarding).

Garantizar que las actividades y procesos operativos de RR. HH. se sigan correctamente.

Ser responsable de las investigaciones de RR. HH.

Apoyar activamente a los jefes directos en el manejo de faltas y conducta de los empleados.

Asistir a reuniones legales y disciplinarias del personal.

Brindar asesoría y coaching en temas de RR. HH.

Analizar tendencias y métricas dentro del departamento de RR. HH.

Coordinar las actividades del día a día con otros oficiales de RR. HH.

Ingresar datos en los sistemas de RR. HH.

Mantener los expedientes y registros de los empleados en formato físico y electrónico.

Realizar otras funciones relacionadas con RR. HH. cuando se le asignen.

Como Generalista de Recursos Humanos, debes tener…  

Título universitario en Derecho, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o carrera afín.

3 años de experiencia laboral en Recursos Humanos.

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un entorno de call center.

Amplio conocimiento de la legislación laboral guatemalteca.

Conocimiento de Sistemas de Información de Recursos Humanos (HRIS).

Habilidad para comunicarse eficazmente, tanto de forma oral como escrita.

Sólidas habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.

Gran atención al detalle y precisión.

Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo; capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar.

Habilidades en el idioma inglés - Básico (A1-A2).
