  • Translate complex data sets into concise insights, trends, risks, and recommendations for senior leadership and functional stakeholders
  • Partner with procurement, risk, finance, technology, and operations teams to define reporting requirements, standardize metrics, and improve reporting governance
  • Analyze vendor, spend, contract, invoice, sourcing, third-party risk, and workspace-related data to identify performance trends, process gaps, control issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Create clear data visualizations and leadership materials that communicate business performance, risk indicators, and progress against key initiatives
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and rapid-turnaround reporting requests, including leadership updates, management committee materials, and project-specific reporting needs
  • Improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies, reconciling source data, documenting assumptions, and partnering with data owners to resolve issues
  • Develop new ways to automate, streamline, and scale reporting processes, including appropriate use of AI-enabled tools and analytics capabilities
  • Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, data lineage, refresh schedules, and controls to support consistent and repeatable reporting practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization experience within a supply chain, procurement, sourcing, third-party risk, finance, or corporate services function
  • Prior experience supporting procurement reporting, including exposure to vendor spend, sourcing pipeline, contract lifecycle, third-party risk, accounts payable, invoice, or operational performance data
  • Demonstrated proficiency developing dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau; experience building reporting models, calculated fields/measures, filters, drilldowns, and executive-ready visualizations
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, metric definition, data quality management, and reporting governance in a complex organization
  • Experience operating in a regulated, risk, compliance, or control-based environment, with the ability to handle sensitive business information appropriately
  • Demonstrated understanding and practical application of AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, reporting, automation, and business operations
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple reporting priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs with limited oversight
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Advanced Power BI and Tableau skills, including dashboard development, data modeling, visualization design, and performance optimization
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, data validation, and large data set analysis
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into concise, leadership-ready narratives, visuals, and recommendations
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to distinguish signal from noise and identify what matters for executive decision-making
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data, assumptions, limitations, and business implications clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, shaping reporting structure where none exists, and building repeatable reporting processes from fragmented inputs
  • Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to data validation, version control, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Advanced AI prompting and prompt engineering skills, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot to accelerate analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with procurement and finance systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass, Icertis, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar data preparation and automation tools is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create polished executive materials

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunity to shape how procurement data, reporting, and insights are delivered across a complex, evolving organization
