Zusammenfassung - Wen wir suchen.

Als Finance Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die operative und strategische Verantwortung für unser Finanzwesen und Controlling. Du steuerst sämtliche Rechnungslegungsprozesse, erstellst aussagekräftige Management-Reportings und lieferst der Geschäftsführung sowie den Gesellschaftern die finanzielle Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Weiterentwicklung der Intrexx GmbH.

Deine Rolle - Was dich erwartet.

In deiner Rolle als Finance Manager (m/w/d) bist du das strategische und finanzielle Rückgrat unseres Unternehmens. Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Finanzprozesse und machst komplexe Zahlenwerke für das Management und unsere Gesellschafter transparent. Mit deinem tiefen Verständnis für Zahlen, Systeme und Analysen bist du ein zentraler Treiber für unser weiteres Wachstum im Software- und Plattform-Business.

Dein Daily Business:

  • Die eigenständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB liegt in deiner Hand, inkl. Vorbereitung von Steuererklärungen sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern ein.
  • Für unser Management-Team und Gesellschafter erstellst du präzise, monatliche Performance-Reportings, aussagekräftige Financial Dashboards und Board-Packs.
  • In deinem Aufgabenbereich trägst du ebenfalls die Verantwortung für die integrierte Unternehmensplanung (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow) sowie für fortlaufende Rolling Forecasts und die Liquiditätssteuerung.
  • Detaillierte Abweichungs- und Soll-Ist-Analysen, das Tracking relevanter KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, EBITDA) sowie die Bereitstellung wertvoller Entscheidungsvorlagen im Tagesgeschäft treibst du proaktiv voran.
  • Unter Ausnutzung unserer integrierten Systemlandschaft optimierst und entwickelst du unsere internen Finanz- und Controllingprozesse stetig weiter.

Dein Engagement - Was wir erwarten.

  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finance/Controlling oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung bildet dein Fundament, idealerweise gesammelt im B2B-Software-/SaaS-Umfeld oder einem dynamischen IT-Unternehmen.
  • Erprobte Praxiskenntnisse in Microsoft Business Central (oder Dynamics 365), LucaNet sowie Salesforce CRM begleiten dich sicher durch unsere integrierten Datenwelten über die Intrexx-Plattform.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit, Arbeitsqualität und Verlässlichkeit bei Zahlen sowie Berichten stehen für dich an erster Stelle.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, starke Umsetzungskompetenz und verlässliche Termintreue prägen deine Arbeitsweise, besonders bei Monatsabschlüssen und Board-Meetings.
  • Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich bei der Präsentation von Finanzdaten gegenüber der Geschäftsführung und den Gesellschaftern aus sowie Erfahrung in Transkationen und M&A.
