In deze autonome functie combineer je de verantwoordelijkheden van Preventieadviseur niveau 2 en Milieucoördinator type B.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Site Manager en het internationale ESG-team.

  • Je voert risicoanalyses, veiligheidsinspecties en ongevalsonderzoeken uit en vertaalt bevindingen naar preventieve acties.
  • Je adviseert over machines, installaties, chemicaliën en nieuwe werkprocessen en volgt het preventiebeleid, het globaal preventieplan, het jaaractieplan en het CPBW op.
  • Je beheert milieuvergunningen, wettelijke verplichtingen en de lokale milieuprestaties, waaronder energie, afval en emissies.
  • Je coördineert milieudata van verschillende sites en ondersteunt ISO 14001, audits en de internationale ESG-doelstellingen.
  • Je versterkt de veiligheidscultuur via opleiding, overleg en samenwerking met productie, management en externe partners.
  • Je bent Preventieadviseur niveau 2 en Milieucoördinator type B.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante EHS-ervaring, bij voorkeur in een industriële, productie- of hightechomgeving
  • Je hebt kennis van ISO 14001/9001.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht, kennis van chemicaliën en een goede beheersing van de Belgische welzijns- en Vlaamse milieuwetgeving.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en pragmatisch; je communiceert overtuigend met uiteenlopende stakeholders.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus
