Sachbearbeiter\*in Identifikation 100% ======================================

In dieser Funktion übernimmst du im Namen unserer Auftraggeber, vorwiegend Banken, die Online\-Identifikation ihrer Kunden. Dies dient zur Erstellung diverser Bankanträge wie zum Beispiel Kontoeröffnung, Kreditkarten, etc. Dabei hast du folgende Hauptaufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme von Videoanrufen zur Online\-Identifikation der Kunden in den Sprachen DE, FR und IT (EN von Vorteil)
  • Überprüfen der von den Teamkollegen getätigten Online\-Identifikationen
  • Diverse administrative Aufgaben

Wir wenden uns an zielorientierte und motivierte Persönlichkeiten mit Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Fingerspitzengefühl. Du hast Freude am Umgang mit neuen Kommunikationsmitteln und zudem bringst du folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

  • DE: sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • FR und IT: solide Kenntnisse, um Kundengespräche anhand klarer Vorgaben sicher zu führen
  • EN: solide Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereit für Schichtarbeit, Öffnungszeiten Montag bis Samstag von 07\.00 – 22\.00
  • Hohe Flexibilität in Bezug auf kurzfristige Einsätze
  • Kaufmännischer Hintergrund
