Are you our new Senior MLOps?

Intrum is implementing a modern cloud-based data platform to replace legacy on-prem solutions. The platform is centred around Databricks and medallion architecture, running in a secure private network setup, with full data lifecycle from ingestion to reporting.

You will join a Data Operations team responsible for development and maintenance of the data platform infrastructure and data pipelines.

The MLOps is responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions. Unlike a traditional Data Scientist, your focus will be on the engineering lifecycle—transforming ML and AI solutions into scalable products, managing automated retraining loops, and ensuring the robustness of our AI infrastructure within the Azure and Databricks environment.

What will you do:

You will be responsible for MLOps platform based on Azure Databricks, enhance and maintain deployed components, support Data Science teams journey in the platform, migrate ML models from legacy ML platforms.

  • Design and maintain enterprise-grade MLOps platform and framework based on Azure and Databricks.
  • Enable self-service capabilities for Data Science teams. Provide Data Scientist teams with everything they need to support them throughout the project lifecycle and create building blocks, pipelines, etc. related to accelerate development.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning and AI to automate model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
  • Manage the ML lifecycle using MLflow in Databricks for tracking experiments and managing model registry.
  • Act as the bridge between the Data Scientist and the Platform Engineers to design scalable and compliant solutions for Group and Market's needs.
  • Lead and perform transition from legacy ML platforms into Databricks based one.
  • Create automated alerting and incident response procedures.
  • Ensure cost efficient operations of the deployed models

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience operating applications in enterprise Azure environments.
  • Strong experience with Azure Databricks, MLFlow, Databricks Model Registry, Databricks Feature Store, Unity Catalog.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, software development patterns. integration and unit testing for ML components.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent English
