The ideal candidate will have a background in retail leadership and a strong eye for design and visual storytelling, a passion for live sports, and a track record of executing compelling retail environments that drive team performance and sales.

The Retail Team Lead – Visual Merchandising will serve as an extension of the in-store leadership team, responsible for day-to-day retail operations, visual presentation standards, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently full, shoppable, and visually compelling. This leader will supervise and develop retail teammates, drive sales performance, execute floor sets and mannequin styling, and oversee the movement of product from the back of house to the floor to keep displays fresh and inventory levels strong.

  • Supervise, train, and coach retail teammates in customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Oversee product flow from receiving to the sales floor, ensuring back stock is organized, labeled, and accessible for efficient replenishment; maintain proper inventory levels and ensure restocking is completed in a timely manner to keep the floor shoppable and full at all times.
  • Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge; monitor floor presentation throughout each shift and address any deviations from visual standards.

  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and creative vision with an understanding of retail design principles, color theory, and spatial composition.
  • Ability to translate brand direction into compelling physical retail environments and execute visual standards with consistency.
  • Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively within a team and across departments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
