Dein Beitrag: Du entwickelst KI-gestützte Software, die bisher manuelle Aufgaben automatisiert und sich in bestehende Prozesse integrieren lässt. Dabei verbindest du KI mit fundiertem Software Engineering und schaffst zuverlässige Lösungen, die sich auf weitere Anwendungsbereiche übertragen lassen.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Integriere LLMs in Software-Lösungen, gestalte Prompts und Guardrails und sorge dafür, dass die Awendungen im Einsatz zuverlässig funktionieren
  • On-Premises-KI: Entwickle lokale KI-Lösungen, die in der Infrastruktur unserer Kunden betrieben werden und deren Anforderungen an Datenschutz, Sicherheit und bestehende Systeme erfüllen
  • Entwickle und teste robuste Backends, Microservices und APIs (REST/GraphQL/...)
  • Etabliere Clean-Code-Prinzipien und führe Code- und Architektur-Reviews durch
  • Qualität durch Automatisierung: Optimiere Arbeitsabläufe und etabliere automatisierte Tests sowie CI/CD-Prozesse, um Softwarequalität auf hohem Niveau zu sichern
  • Sei Teil der INVENSITY Erfolgsgeschichte: Arbeite in ambitionierten und professionellen Projektteams und begleite komlexe Entwicklungsprojekte durch sämtliche Phasen
  • Teile und erweitere Dein fachliches Know-how: Durch Workshops und Coachings innerhalb deiner Fachabteilung erwartet dich eine steile Lernkurve

Was bringst du mit?

  • Studienabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
  • erste Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in Java, Python oder C++/C#
  • Praktische Berührungspunkte mit der Integration und Anwendung von on-premise und cloud-basierter KI
  • Kenntnisse der Funktionsweise aktueller LLMs sowie deren Stärken und Herausforderungen
  • Begeisterung für komplexe Systeme sowie den Anspruch, Software nicht nur zu entwickeln, sondern auch tiefgehend zu verstehen, zu testen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Reisebereitschaft für nationale Projekteinsätze bei unseren Kunden im DACH-Raum
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
