Dann bist du bei INVENSITY genau richtig. Als (Junior) Finance Specialist (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine vielseitige Rolle an der Schnittstelle von Finance, Payroll, Travel Management und internationalem Controlling. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Verantworte das Debitorenmanagement: Unterstütze bei Rechnungsprüfung und -stellung, überwache Zahlungseingänge und übernimm Aufgaben im Forderungsmanagement.
  • Übernimm Verantwortung für die Payroll & Benefits: Bereite die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung mit DATEV vor und agiere als Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte rund um Gehaltsabrechnung, Dienstwagen und Benefits.
  • Arbeite operativ im Finance-Tagesgeschäft: Unterstütze bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Abstimmung mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern und behalte dabei relevante Fristen und Anforderungen im Blick.
  • Erstelle Auswertungen und Reports: Bereite Finanzdaten für Management und Fachbereiche auf und unterstütze bei internationalen Reporting-, Controlling-, Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen.
  • Betreue unsere internationalen Standorte: Unterstütze bei Intercompany-Transaktionen und wirke bei internationalen Finanz- und Controlling-Themen aktiv mit.
  • Gestalte und optimiere Prozesse: Entwickle gemeinsam mit dem Team Digitalisierungspotenziale für Finance- und HR-Prozesse und gestalte unter anderem unseren Travelmanagement-Prozess aktiv mit.

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ähnliches oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du bringst bereits erste Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Debitorenbuchhaltung und Payroll mit und hast idealerweise bereits mit der Software DATEV gearbeitet
  • Du bist ein empathischer Teamplayer mit einer selbstständigen, strukturierten und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise sowie einer effizienten Arbeitsorganisation
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
