Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, global rollouts, and finance transformation programs. Drive architecture, operations, and governance while managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable finance system solutions across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, rollouts, localization, and Agile delivery across international geographies to ensure timely and quality program execution
  • Architect finance system solutions across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, AGIS, Procurement, and Tax modules to meet business requirements
  • Drive Host-to-Host (H2H) banking integrations, e-Invoicing, and auto-reconciliation initiatives to enhance financial automation and accuracy
  • Direct Global Finance Systems support operations to maintain SLA compliance, establish governance cadences, and prepare for audit readiness including EY reviews
  • Manage and mentor distributed cross-functional teams of functional consultants, integration specialists, and external vendors to foster collaboration and high performance

Required competencies and certifications

  • PMP® certification
  • Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise experience in global Oracle Finance ERP implementations (Fusion Cloud & EBS R12)
  • Hands-on expertise in multi-ledger design, API-led integrations (MuleSoft/Kyriba), treasury automation, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW)
