Du baust lieber eigene Tools, statt fremde Baukästen zu bedienen, und ein AI-Agent ist für dich ein Werkzeug und kein Ersatz fürs Denken? Dann lies weiter.

Invest4Kids hilft Eltern, frühzeitig für die Zukunft ihrer Kinder vorzusorgen. Damit das jeden Tag funktioniert, brauchen wir eine Website, Funnels, Tracking und ein eigenes CRM, die einfach laufen. Genau dafür suchen wir dich: einen Developer oder eine Developerin, die mit Coding-Agents produktionsreifen Code liefert und den Output selbst prüft.

Du arbeitest in einem kleinen Dev-Team aus drei Developern und unserer IT-Leitung. Tickets kommen aus einem gemeinsamen Board, Umfang und Reihenfolge legt die IT-Leitung fest, den Lösungsweg entscheidest du selbst. Der Schwerpunkt deiner Arbeit liegt nicht im reinen Wartungsmodus, sondern im Aufbau: eigene Tools, interne Systeme, neue Produktflächen und AI-Funktionen. Personalführung, Ads-Strategie und Design-Lead gehören nicht zu dieser Rolle.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Websites, Funnels und Landingpages bauen, pflegen und debuggen
  • Eigene Tools, interne Systeme und unser CRM mitentwickeln
  • Tracking, Zahlungsanbieter und interne APIs anbinden
  • Neue Funktionen vor allem in TypeScript und Next.js entwickeln
  • Python für Agents, Scripts und Datenjobs einsetzen
  • AI-Funktionen umsetzen, zum Beispiel Chat, Assistenten oder automatisierte Abläufe
  • Interne Agents bauen, wenn das Board es hergibt
  • Eigene Änderungen testen, Pull Requests reviewen und Agent-Output nie ungeprüft mergen
  • Sorgfältig mit Kundendaten umgehen (Finanzkontext, Kinderbezug), ohne selbst die Compliance-Rolle zu übernehmen

Dein Profil

  • Produktionserfahrung mit TypeScript, React und Next.js, nicht nur aus dem Tutorial
  • Python-Kenntnisse, mit denen du fremde Scripts und Agents lesen und anpassen kannst
  • Erfahrung mit Postgres oder Supabase
  • Sicherer Umgang mit APIs und Webhooks
  • Täglicher Einsatz von AI-Coding-Agents, zum Beispiel Claude Code oder ChatGPT Codex
  • Du erkennst zuverlässig, wann ein Agent-Vorschlag falsch liegt
  • Sicheres Englisch in Code, Commits, Pull Requests und Dokumentation
  • Remote-Routine: Du schreibst Status-Updates, statt auf den nächsten Call zu warten

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss: Erfahrung mit Tracking und Pixeln, oder du hast schon einmal eigene interne Tools, ein CRM oder LLM-Features live gebracht.
