Du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation oder etwas Verwandtes und willst sehen, wie Influencer Marketing hinter den Kulissen läuft? Dann bist du bei Investforwomen richtig.

Bei Investforwomen begleiten wir Frauen auf ihrem Weg zur finanziellen Unabhängigkeit, und Creator*innen sind dabei wichtige Partner*innen. Bei uns melden sich laufend Influencer*innen, Agenturen und Managements, die mit uns zusammenarbeiten möchten. Als Werkstudent*in Influencer Marketing bist du die erste Ansprechperson für diese Anfragen und unterstützt unser Influencer-Marketing-Team in der laufenden Abwicklung.

Bei dieser Stelle geht es weniger um Content und mehr um Organisation: sichten, antworten, nachhalten, dokumentieren. Wenn du gern den Überblick behältst und dich über ein aufgeräumtes Postfach freust, passt du gut zu uns.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest eingehende Kooperationsanfragen von Influencer*innen, Agenturen und Managements: sichten, einordnen und beantworten
  • Du bereitest Entscheidungen vor, indem du Profile, Reichweite und Zielgruppe der Anfragenden recherchierst und für unser Team zusammenfasst
  • Du schreibst Zusagen, Absagen und Rückfragen im Ton unserer Marke und hältst Fristen und Zusagen ein
  • Du pflegst unsere Creator-Liste und die Übersicht laufender Kooperationen, damit jederzeit klar ist, wer wo steht
  • Du koordinierst Termine, Produktversand und Unterlagen für laufende Kooperationen und schiebst Rückmeldungen an, die noch offen sind
  • Du bereitest Verträge, Briefings und Rechnungen organisatorisch vor und legst sie sauber ab
  • Du sammelst Kennzahlen aus laufenden Kooperationen und bereitest sie für die Auswertung auf
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Influencer-Events
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Influencer Marketing Manager bzw. unserer Managerin zusammen und machst Abläufe, die sich wiederholen, einfacher

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaft oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Du kannst etwa 10 bis 15 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten, gern verteilt auf feste Tage
  • Du schreibst klare, freundliche E-Mails auf Deutsch, die sich gut lesen und im richtigen Ton ankommen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig und behältst auch bei vielen offenen Vorgängen den Überblick
  • Du bist zuverlässig bei Fristen und fragst nach, wenn etwas unklar ist
  • Du gehst vertraulich mit Verträgen, Konditionen und persönlichen Daten um
  • Du kennst dich mit Social Media aus und hast Interesse an der Creator-Szene
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tabellen und digitalen Tools, oder du arbeitest dich schnell ein
  • Interesse an Finanzen, Gleichberechtigung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Kein Muss, aber ein Plus: erste Erfahrung mit einem Posteingang im Kundenservice, in einer Agentur oder mit einem eigenen Social-Media-Account
